Even though most European countries have won the award as some point, it is useful information for planning travel. Previous winners of the Access City Award: 2017: The city of Chester (United Kingdom) was the overall winner of last year’s Access City Award. Second prize went to Rotterdam (Netherlands), while the third prize was awarded to Jūrmala in Latvia. It also mentions BESPOKE HOTELS but it does not describe the facilities as this is a chain, I contacted the customer services and they said: Unfortunately there is no list available that shows us which hotels are disabled friendly I advise that you contact the hotels you are interested directly.
